Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You’ll learn multiple routes, handle garment deliveries, and ensure customers receive reliable service with attention to detail and safety.

In this role you’ll collaborate with the Service and Management Teams, assist on new installations, and contribute to customer relationships through proactive communication and efficient route coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Meet DOT requirements, including a physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions and clear communication.
• Resolve customer requests independently with problem-solving skills.
• Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
