Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when RSIs are unavailable. You’ll learn multiple routes, deliver clean garments, and ensure timely service with a customer-centric mindset.

You will maintain vehicle safety, manage invoices, and assist on installations while upholding safety policies and professional communication with customers. This role offers variety and autonomy within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to operate independently while supporting team goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes, loading and unloading as needed.
• Cover routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships through clear communication.
• Manage invoices, perform inventory audits, and ensure vehicle safety and appearance.
• Follow safety standards and traffic laws to ensure personal and customer safety.
• Support new account installations and assist on routes; participate in rerouting and collections.
