Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable, ensuring seamless service for customers. You’ll learn multiple routes, safely load and deliver garments, and support day-to-day operations with a proactive mindset.

You’ll manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance while following all safety standards.

• Manage invoices and conduct routine inventory audits while maintaining vehicle safety.

• Support new account installations, assist on routes, and contribute to rerouting efforts and collections.
• Share customer feedback with leadership and monitor local market activity.
