Anheuser-Busch InBev is seeking a Sales Representative to own and grow your route, expanding share across retail accounts in your territory. You will leverage AB’s portfolio to drive volume, improve shelf space, and present engaging sales materials.

This role demands forked attention to pricing, promotions, and customer relationships, with opportunities for advancement. You must be 21+, possess a valid license, and be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in Renton, WA.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill pre-established objectives set by the District Sales Manager and implement company programs at retail level.
• Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price, and manage shelf space.
• Build relationships and present professional sales presentations using data and sell sheets.
• Increase shelf space and position for AB products; introduce new brands when appropriate.
• Maintain product freshness standards by rotating stocks in accounts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales with customers.
• Work with credit to resolve issues including past-due balances.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to the District Manager.
• Participate in product launches and tastings; act as a full business owner of your route.
