Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Oakland, CA is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to call on accounts, manage routes, and drive product placement. This role combines field sales with strategic presentation of new products, promotions, and brand campaigns to meet regional targets.

You will educate staff on priority brands, manage account receivables, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving daily/monthly sales objectives. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern
• Deliver sales presentations balancing company priorities with customer needs
• Maintain product levels in accounts and restock shelves where allowed
• Educate staff on priority brands through trainings
• Manage receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating with accounts
• Deliver products and handle issues; refer to management as needed
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives
• Plan to meet distribution, volume and activity goals
• Ensure brand visibility with POS materials
• Collect payments and support account openings with Field Sales Manager
• Participate in supplier calls and sales blitzes
