Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking an On-Premise Sales Representative in Arlington, WA. You will own your sales route, grow market share, and engage retailers through in-store displays and tastings. Travel may be required to expand opportunities across retail accounts.

You will negotiate terms, manage shelf space, and lead relationships with customers while leveraging the company’s iconic beer brands and support programs. This is a full-time role with growth potential within a historically strong U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with customer service focus.
• Basic math to interpret invoices and load sheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail accounts to sell volume and increase distribution.
• Build relationships and present professional sales presentations using data.
• Maintain product freshness standards and manage shelf space.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
• Work with credit department to resolve issues including past due balances.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on trends.
• Attend product launch events and tastings to promote brands.
