Job summary

Mitchell Companies seeks a Full-Time Sales Account Rep in Washington, DC, to drive pre-sales objectives, maximize product distribution, and nurture strong customer relationships across the route.

You will represent Anheuser-Busch and other supplier brands, coordinate promotions, and manage in-store displays while maintaining high merchandising standards. Occasional weekend and holiday events may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability.
• Basic proficiency with mobile/tablet reporting tools (KARMA, Mobility).

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales and merchandising objectives for assigned accounts.
• Sell in and execute promotions and product placements.
• Maintain top-tier merchandising standards and displays.
• Monitor product movement and shift underperforming SKUs to high-volume outlets.
• Assist weekend on-call deliveries, events, and pull-ups.
• Submit accurate orders, reports, and forms on time.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety; report incidents promptly.
