Job summary

Cemex USA seeks recent graduates to join the Talent Development Program (TDP), a 12-month, full-time, on-site program within Corporate Strategic Planning. You will rotate through key areas, including Financial Analysis, Budget & Control, and Business Development, gaining hands-on experience.

Develop leadership, analytical, and presentation skills while contributing to safety-oriented projects. The program can lead to full-time opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5 or higher; preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership potential and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Aggregates and Corporate Strategic Planning.
• Engage in Financial Analysis, Budget & Control, and Business Development projects.
• Develop technical and soft skills through mentorship and hands-on work.
• Build a professional network across Cemex USA.
