Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in HR/related field.
• GPA 2.5+; preference for 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across HR functions (Learning & Development, Benefits, Compensations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Engagement, DEI).
• Engage in hands-on projects, mentorship, and leadership development.
• Collaborate across Cemex business units (Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, Supply Chain).
• Develop technical and soft skills through training sessions and real assignments.
