• Proficient with Excel and Power BI; understanding of planning and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Rotational learning across Cemex's Corporate Strategic Planning and related divisions to gain cross‑functional exposure.
• Engage in structured rotations covering financial analysis, budget and control, urbanization solutions, and business development.
• Develop technical and transferable soft skills through hands‑on work and mentorship; grow leadership abilities.
• Build a network of mentors and peers across Cemex to support project work.
• Contribute ideas and participate in safety, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
