Job summary

Cemex US is seeking graduates for a 12-month Talent Development Program (TDP) as Professional Talent Development Engineer Cement. You will rotate through Cement operations, including manufacturing, process improvements, quality, and data management, while developing leadership and technical skills.

Relocation within the U.S. is encouraged, and a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement guides every rotation.

Qualifications

• GPA of 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0 or higher.
• Leadership qualities and proactive learning.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month Talent Development Program with rotations across cement operations.
• Engage in safety training and uphold safety standards in all sites.
• Contribute to process improvements, data management, and project work.
• Develop technical and leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on tasks.
• Network with peers, mentors, and leaders across Cemex USA.
