Job summary

Cemex USA invites motivated graduates to join the Talent Development Program (TDP), a 12-month, on-site internship designed to rotate through Aggregates and related operations. You will engage in project-based work, mentorship, and structured rotations across corporate planning initiatives to build broad business acumen and leadership capabilities.

You will develop technical and soft skills, network with peers and leaders, and position yourself for potential full-time opportunities within Cemex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for 3.0 or higher.
• Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a solid understanding of strategic planning and statistics.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various roles within Cemex's Aggregates division to gain hands-on experience.
• Engage in project-based learning and collaborate across Cemex's business lines.
• Participate in the Corporate Strategic Planning activities, including Financial Analysis and Budget & Control.
• Develop leadership and soft skills through training, mentorship, and increasing responsibilities.
• Build a professional network across the organization and contribute to continuous improvement.
