Cemex USA invites recent engineering graduates to join the Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12‑month program offers hands‑on experience through rotations across Cement operations, process improvements, quality, equipment maintenance, and data management.

You will develop leadership and technical skills with mentorship and structured learning. The role includes travel based on rotations and a clear path to potential full‑time roles at Cemex USA.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• GPA 2.5+; 3.0+ preferred.
• Up to 2 years in heavy/manufacturing industry (internships, co-ops, projects).
• Willing to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12‑month Talent Development Program with rotations.
• Experience Cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality, and data management.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands‑on work and mentorship.
• Build leadership capabilities and contribute to real projects.
