Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused initiatives as part of daily rotations.
• Participate in a structured rotational program across cement operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on projects and mentorship.
• Build a network across Cemex’s business units and leaders.
• Contribute ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
