Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in mining/materials/industrial engineering or geology.
• GPA 2.5+; preference 3.0+.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Internship or co-op experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Aggregate operations.
• Engage in rotations including Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality & Reliability, Production, Maintenance, Data Management.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and mentorship.
• Build a network across Cemex through mentorship and collaboration.
