Johnson Controls, Inc. invites you to join an 18-month Engineering Training Program offering 3-4 rotational assignments across engineering and business functions. You will gain hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to industry talent while contributing to smarter, healthier, and more sustainable buildings and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Willingness to relocate and participate in multiple rotations across the U.S.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering and business functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and develop leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to timely completion of projects and deliver a final capstone.
• Work on-site at assigned facilities and travel for rotations as needed.
