The program offers competitive pay starting at $75,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, benefits starting Day 1, and travel opportunities as rotations may require assignments across U.S. facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) mandatory or preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and drive impact.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders while developing leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to successful and timely completion of projects and deliver a final capstone.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities and complete rotations that may require extended stays at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and internationally for training, project work, and collaboration with global teams.
