Job summary

Johnson Controls offers an 18-month Engineering Training Program with rotations across engineering and business functions. Participants gain hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to top talent while contributing to smarter, more sustainable buildings. The program includes a $75,000 starting salary with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and on-site work at multiple U.S.

locations. Rotations may require extended stays away from home, with company-supported travel, lodging, and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Willingness to relocate and travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across core engineering and business functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and develop problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to timely project completion and deliver a capstone project.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities and participate in rotations at other U.S. locations.
