Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related program field. CAPM certification preferred.
• Ability to earn CAPM by end of two-year program.
• Two+ years of related work experience and knowledge of project management phases.
• Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling, cost management, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Set up the standard cost control system on assigned projects and programs.
• Monitor, control costs, and validate data and schedules.
• Complete variance analysis and identify potential issues in project performance.
• Prepare and maintain project plans with cross-functional input and schedule alignment.
• Interface with team members to track resource allocation and progress.
• Provide input for program reviews and customer meetings.
