The role builds skills in supervision, team leadership, and strategic contract management, offering comprehensive training and exposure to multiple business divisions during rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Two or more years of experience in contract administration or a closely related field.
• Knowledge of contract administration principles, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderately complex contracts by analyzing performance requirements and customer purchase order requirements.
• Determine technically and commercially compliant proposal packages of moderate scope and complexity.
• Evaluate performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs of material, equipment, and labor hours.
• Initiate the bid process by identifying requirements and coordinating input from other functions.
• Develop responses to moderately complex RFPs and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts of moderate scope and complexity within company policy.
• Coordinate with internal teams on technical, quality, and data requirements.
• Monitor contract financial performance and delivery status; consider amendments if needed.
• Act as the point of contact with the customer on assigned contracts.
