Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Program Management Leadership Development Associate (PM LDA) to join Parker's two-year rotation program designed to build leadership and project control expertise across high-impact programs. You will set up cost control systems, monitor budgets, analyze variance, prepare schedules, and contribute to program reviews while receiving coaching from seasoned leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related program field.
• CAPM certification preferred; ability to earn CAPM by end of the two-year program.
• Experience with project management tools and processes (scheduling, cost management, change control).
• Ability to communicate status clearly to management and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up the standard cost control system on assigned projects and programs.
• Monitor, control costs, and validate data and schedules.
• Complete variance analysis and identify potential issues related to project performance.
• Prepare and maintain project plans with cross-functional input and schedule requirements.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and identify mitigation actions.
