Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Program Management Leadership Development Associate (PM LDA) to join our two‑year rotation and leadership program. You will support planning, scheduling, cost control, and change management across multiple projects, with coaching from seasoned leaders nationwide.

Rotations last 6–12 months each, with relocation likely to Mentor, OH; Akron, OH; Irvine, CA; Kalamazoo, MI. This onsite role emphasizes supervision, coaching, and program delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• CAPM certification preferred or able to earn by end of program.
• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of PM five process groups.
• Proficiency with scheduling, cost management, change control, time management, scope and resources.

Responsibilities

• Set up the standard cost control system on assigned projects and programs.
• Monitor, control costs, and validate data and schedules.
• Perform variance analysis and identify issues related to project performance.
• Analyze data to determine projected overruns or shortfalls to baseline.
• Support program reviews and customer meetings with status updates.
