Job summary

Participants will administer moderately complex contracts, prepare responsive proposals, and lead negotiations while gaining expertise in export

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2+ years of contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of contract administration principles, industry practices, regulations and policies.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy and moderately complex contract terms.
• Proficient in standard business applications software and in-house systems.
• U.S. export compliance citizenship eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderately complex contracts by analyzing performance requirements and customer purchase order requirements.
• Determine technically and commercially compliant proposal packages of moderate scope and complexity.
• Evaluate performance requirements, delivery schedules, and cost estimates.
• Initiate bid process by coordinating input from other functions.
• Develop responses to RFPs and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts of moderate scope and complexity.
• Coordinate with relevant functions on technical and quality issues.
