Job summary

Donaldson Company seeks a recent graduate to join its three-year Operations Development Program, designed to fast-track a career in manufacturing operations management, engineering, or supply chain. The role involves hands-on assignments across plant operations, quality, and engineering, with rotations at multiple U.S. locations and eventual leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
3.0 GPA upon graduation.
Must be willing to rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be geographically mobile for a minimum of three years.
Must be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or protected status) as this position requires export controls compliance.

Responsibilities

Participate in Donaldson's three-year Operations Development Program with rotations in multiple U.S. locations.
Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean manufacturing principles.
Develop leadership and management skills through progressively responsible roles in operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
