Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all location business sectors to gain hands-on knowledge.
• Support maintenance teams throughout the facility.
• Work with a team maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utilities, buildings, projects, and grounds.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Support production equipment to minimize downtime and requisition tools and supplies.
• Evaluate and administer training programs for proper operations and preventive maintenance.
• Complete a KPI-driven project with business impact.
• Participate in three Leadership Development Training sessions at corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Final placement after 12 months into a leadership role area of interest.
