Job summary

JBS USA is launching a 12-month Operations Management Trainee program designed to give immersive leadership experience across all production sectors at one of our domestic locations. The program includes hands-on rotations, collaboration with operations teams, and three Leadership Development Training sessions at our U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO.

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
Flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

Rotations: you will spend time learning and working in every business sector of your location.
Support the operations team and shadow production supervisors.
May be in harvest floor operations or fabrication floor operations.
Ensure effective and efficient operations with a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues.
Create relationships with hourly team members.
Anticipate and determine causes of delays in shift operations.
Complete a challenging KPI-driven project and measure impact.
