Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a 2027 Maintenance Management Trainee to gain hands-on leadership experience across its production facilities.

The 12-month program includes rotations through all business sectors, on-the-job maintenance work, and a final placement into a leadership role, with competitive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends; relocation flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all production sectors to gain hands-on knowledge of each area.
• Support the maintenance team and assist in maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Lead KPI-driven projects and participate in leadership development activities.
• Relocation may be required for placement opportunities.
