Job summary

JBS USA is offering a 2027 Maintenance Management Trainee program, a 12-month immersive leadership experience across a network of U.S. locations. Trainees rotate through maintenance, equipment, and facilities, gaining hands-on leadership exposure to support production strategy.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (GPA 2.5+), be able to lift 50 lbs, and be willing to relocate and work varying shifts. Base salary is $67,000–$73,000 with benefits and relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across all business sectors to learn production processes.
• Support maintenance teams and assist in maintaining equipment, structures, and facilities.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Help minimize downtime by ensuring proper operation and timely requisitioning of tools and supplies.
• Assist in evaluating and administering maintenance training programs to improve operations.
• Complete a capstone project aligned with KPIs and contribute to the site’s performance.
