Job summary

JBS USA invites applications for the 2027 Live Operations Management Trainee program in Arkansas. This 12‑month immersive leadership program includes hands-on rotations across the location’s production sectors, with real-world leadership experience and KPI-driven projects.

You will participate in leadership development sessions at the corporate U.S. HQ in Greeley, CO, and the final placement aims for a leadership role within the company; relocation is available if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across all production sectors.
• Support live operations team and shadow hatchery/broiler/breeder/ feed mill activities.
• Learn egg handling, vaccination, and chick management procedures.
• Observe and engage in KPI-driven projects to impact performance.
• Complete leadership training sessions at the corporate HQ in Greeley, CO.
• Aim for final placement in a leadership role after the program.
