Job summary

JBS USA in Mount Pleasant, TX, invites applications for the 2027 Maintenance Management Trainee program. The 12-month immersive leadership track rotates through all facility sectors, giving hands-on maintenance experience and exposure to production strategy.

You will participate in group leadership sessions and a final placement in a leadership role. The program seeks a Bachelor’s degree holder with a 2.5+ GPA, able to lift 50 lbs, flexible to relocate, and willing to work different shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate to a different location.

Responsibilities

• Spends time learning and working in every business sector of the facility.
• Support maintenance teams and assist with equipment, structures, and utilities.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Help maintain production equipment to meet standards and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with teams to requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Oversee and participate in KPI-driven projects and leadership development.
