Job summary

JBS USA announces a 12-month Operations Management Trainee program across 60+ domestic locations. Trainees gain hands-on leadership experience through rotations in all production sectors to support the location's production strategy.

Participants will join leadership development sessions at our U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO, with final placement into a leadership role. Willingness to relocate and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
• Flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Rotations: Spend time learning in every business sector of the location.
• Provide support to the operations team.
• Work on harvest or fabrication floor operations as assigned.
• Maintain production practices that support the food safety program.
• Monitor product quality and production operations to meet customer expectations.
• Identify problems or bottlenecks and resolve issues to maintain schedules.
