Job summary

JBS USA seeks a Maintenance Management Trainee for a 12-month immersive program across our 60+ domestic locations. You will rotate through production sectors, support maintenance teams, and help establish preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime. The program includes leadership training at our U.S.

HQ in Greeley, CO, with final placement in a leadership role. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, ability to lift 50 lbs, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Willingness to relocate.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in rotations across all business sectors of the location.
Support maintenance teams and assist with equipment, structures, and utility systems.
Help establish preventive maintenance programs.
Assist in maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime.
Complete a capstone project aligned with KPI targets.
Attend Leadership Development Training sessions at HQ in Greeley, CO.
Pursue final placement in a leadership role after training.
