Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites recent engineering graduates to join the Engineering Development Program (EDP) for a two-year, rotation-based growth path. You will rotate every six months across design engineering, test and validation, manufacturing, and project engineering, with mentorship from business leaders.

Starting pay ranges and relocation support are provided. Upon completion, you transition into a full-time engineering role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with graduation Aug 2026–May 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and self-motivated strengths.
