Job summary

Eaton's Rotational Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Wisconsin invites talented engineers to join a three-year trajectory with five rotations across multiple product lines and functions. Start dates available in January or June 2027, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

You will rotate through testing, design, project management, and manufacturing engineering, gaining broad hands-on experience and exposure to global teams while developing core engineering competencies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with graduation May 2027.
• GPA minimum 2.8; no rounding.
• Relocation sponsorship not provided for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT scenarios.
• Willing to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global design and manufacturing teams.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing as needed.
• Develop and sustain product design data (3D models, drawings, BOMs).
• Support production and manufacturing engineering including prototypes.
• Learn engineering analysis and digital simulation using CAD/FEA/MATLAB tools.
• Assist design optimization for cost, manufacturability, and assembly.
