Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. seeks graduates for its Engineering Development Program (EDP), a two-year rotation-based path designed for new engineers to gain broad exposure across product design, manufacturing, and operations.

Participants work on four developmental assignments, receive advanced training, mentor support, and opportunities to travel between SPX locations, preparing them to become future engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Relevant internship / co-op experience (manufacturing is desired).
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work in changing work environments.
• Willingness to travel to or potentially reside in different geographic locations during the program.

Responsibilities

• Engage in four distinct developmental assignments with rotations.
• Participate in advanced professional training and/or related certification(s) provided by SPX.
• Interact with engineering executives and business unit leaders to gain a big-picture view.
• Develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving competencies throughout the program.
