Job summary

Polaris Engineering Development Program (EDP) offers a robust two-year rotation-based path for recent engineering graduates. You will rotate through Design Engineering, Test & Validation, Manufacturing/Operations, and Project/Product Engineering, gaining broad product development exposure and customer insight.

Upon program completion, you transition into a full-time engineering role. Relocation support, mentorship, networking, and a strong profit-sharing benefits package accompany this program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Commit to 40 hours per week starting Jan 12, 2026 or Jun 15, 2026.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Willing to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year Engineering Development Program with multiple rotations.
• Engage in Design Engineering, Test & Validation, Manufacturing/Operations, and Project/Product Engineering.
• Present outcomes and career aspirations to senior leaders at the end of rotations.
