Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites recent engineering graduates to join its two-year Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Minnesota.

Through structured rotations in design engineering, test/validation, manufacturing, and project engineering, you will gain broad product development exposure while contributing to real projects across the business. You'll work with mentors, engage in hands-on assignments, and rotate across sites including Roseau, Medina, and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Commit to 40 hours per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated leadership in student organizations or work experiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year engineering rotations across design, test/validation, manufacturing, and project engineering.
• Establish mentor relationships and grow leadership capabilities within Polaris.
• Present career aspirations and rotation experiences to senior leaders at program milestones.
