Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota invites new engineering graduates to join the Engineering Development Program. This two-year rotation-based program provides exposure to Design Engineering, Test & Validation, and Manufacturing, with 6-month rotations and mentorship from senior leaders.

Roles transition to full-time engineering based on performance and business needs. You will start in January 2026 or June 2026, with a 40-hour work week and relocation support through Polaris.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and willing to travel/relocate between sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete two-year Engineering rotations across Design, Test & Validation, Manufacturing, and Project Engineering.
• Establish mentor relationships with business leaders.
• Participate in a relocation and onboarding process through Early Talent Team.
