Job summary

SPX Technologies seeks talented engineers for the Engineering Development Program (EDP). This two-year program offers four rotations across Lean Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Product Development, with mentorship and formal training.

Executives and unit leaders provide exposure to strategic decisions, while participants develop cross‑functional skills and technical depth in engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Relevant internship / co‑op experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Willingness to travel or reside in different locations during the program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four distinct developmental assignments over two years.
• Engage in advanced professional training and/or certifications offered by SPX.
• Work across rotations including Lean Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Product Development.
• Collaborate with engineering executives and business unit leaders to gain broad exposure.
