Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks high-potential graduates for its Engineering Development Program (EDP), a two-year rotation across core engineering disciplines. You will gain hands-on experience in design, testing, manufacturing, and project engineering while building mentorship relationships with senior leaders.

The program culminates in a full-time engineering role, guided by business needs and your demonstrated strengths. Minnesota locations are included, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with a graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week starting Jan 12, 2026 or Jun 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across Design Engineering, Test and Validation, Manufacturing or Operations, and Project/Product Engineering.
• Establish mentorship relationships with business leaders throughout the program.
• Transition into a full-time Engineering position after successful rotation and placement based on business needs and strengths.
