Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies offers the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a two-year entry point for recent graduates in Structural Engineering. Participants rotate through diverse engineering assignments, receive mentoring, and access advanced training to build broad technical and leadership capabilities.

Rotations cover areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Process and Product Development, and Project Management, with global exposure and opportunities across SPX locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing is desirable.
• Adaptable and able to travel to different locations during the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four developmental assignments with mentorship.
• Engage in hands-on, real experiences to sharpen engineering skills across multiple areas.
• Receive formal and informal feedback to support growth during rotations.
