Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is launching the Engineering Development Program (EDP) to recruit recent engineering graduates into a structured two-year development path. Participants will undertake four distinct assignments, receive advanced training, and pursue certifications provided by SPX while rotating through multiple engineering disciplines.

The program begins in June and offers rotations in manufacturing, product design, project management, and other business unit areas across SPX locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Relevant internship / co-op experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Adaptable and able to work in changing environments.
• Willingness to travel to or potentially reside in different geographic locations during the program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, technical knowledge, math skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-directed with initiative and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands with urgency and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four developmental assignments across rotations.
• Gain exposure to engineering executives and business unit leaders.
• Rotations will cover Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Engineering, Production, Product Development, and more.
