Job summary

SPX Technologies seeks top engineering graduates for its Engineering Development Program (EDP) in the Kansas area. The two-year program includes four distinct assignments across multiple engineering domains and requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a solid GPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Internship / co-op experience; manufacturing experience desirable.
• Adaptable and able to work in changing environments.
• Willingness to travel or relocate during the program.
• Strong analytical, communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four developmental assignments with measurable goals.
• Engage in rotations across Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Engineering, and more.
