Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking graduates for its Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Kansas. The two-year program rotates through Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Engineering, and more, with mentorship and structured development opportunities.

Participants gain hands-on engineering experience, develop leadership and technical skills, and prepare for future roles in product design, manufacturing, or program management. Relocation support and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Relevant internship / co-op experience in manufacturing is desirable.
• Willingness to travel or relocate during the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SPX Engineering Development Program rotations across multiple engineering domains.
• Work with mentors and leadership to achieve development goals and project milestones.
• Engage in formal and informal feedback to drive growth and skill development.
