Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is launching its Engineering Development Program (EDP), a two-year, rotational path designed for recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates in Structural Engineering.

Participants gain hands‑on experience across product design, manufacturing, and project management while mentored by senior engineers and leaders. Rotations cover Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Engineering, and more, with opportunities to travel and work across diverse SPX locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Relevant internship / co-op in manufacturing is desired.
• Adaptable to changing work environments.
• Willingness to travel or reside in different locations during the program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, technical knowledge, math, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-directed with initiative and organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple demands with urgency and learn quickly.
