Pier Sixty-Six Resort is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to join our salt breeze dining team in Fort Lauderdale. You will rotate through buffet, beverage, and dining support tasks, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities with efficiency.
• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining the buffet station, ensuring items are replenished and presented attractively.
• Setting and maintaining dining room tables according to standards with utensils, glassware, and condiments.
• Supporting servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly and replenishing supplies.
• Assisting with beverage service, including refilling water and delivering drinks to tables.
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and coordinating with kitchen to ensure smooth service.
