Job summary

Acuren is seeking experienced Rope Access Mechanical Tech II for callout work across the U.S. Northwest with emphasis on the PNW. IRATA/SPRAT Level 2 and safety-first mindset are essential; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

You will perform rope access tasks at heights, plan systems, inspect results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Local candidates near the Commerce City/Denver area or US Northwest are preferred.

Qualifications

• SPRAT/IRATA Level 2 certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1000 IRATA hours or 500 SPRAT hours within 12 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified NDT (any level) desirable.
• NACE or NCCER certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced rope access work at heights using established systems.
• Plan and implement rope access systems for various scenarios.
• Maintain rope access equipment and report safety concerns.
• Demonstrate skills and knowledge of Rope Access Level 2.
• Complete detailed inspection reports and findings.
• Assist in rigging and rescue plans under supervision.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary trade specialists.
• Identify hazards and communicate them to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.
