Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field, or 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading front office and housekeeping teams.
• Experience with Opera, Hilton, or Marriott systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk, bell and valet, security, housekeeping, and laundry operations.
• Review schedules and manage labor to budget across rooms departments.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas and follow up on maintenance needs.
• Ensure accurate room status and smooth coordination between departments.
• Manage linen, chemical, and supply inventories and control costs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop rooms division leaders and team members.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and resolve guest concerns.
• Act as General Manager in the General Manager's absence and participate in the Manager on Duty program.
