Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Rooms Division Manager / Assistant General Manager to lead front desk, security, housekeeping, and laundry operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, develop department leaders, and serve as the hotel's second-in-command, overseeing labor, inventories, and cross-department coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field, or 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading front office and housekeeping teams.
• Experience with Opera, Hilton, or Marriott systems.

• Review schedules and manage labor to budget across rooms departments.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas and follow up on maintenance needs.
