Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division, driving exceptional guest experiences through service excellence and operational discipline. You will build strong teams, manage budgets, and uphold HHM standards across front office and guest services.

You will report to senior leadership and shape daily operations, staff development, and safety compliance while advancing HHM’s EarthView sustainability initiatives and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years related experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM values.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work to improve departmental and overall scores.
• Oversee front office financial operations and ensure controls and procedures are followed.
• Develop and monitor department budgets, forecasts, and capital items.
• Supervise all guest services department managers.
• Review guest correspondence and incident logs and direct staff accordingly.
• Oversee vendor and personnel contracts for the hotel.
• Manage occupancy to optimize room usage and minimize overbooking.
• Create action plans to address guest service deficiencies.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Adhere to safety policies and MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
